Dr. Nola Veazie of V-Solutions is a dynamic and empathetic speaker and instructor on a wide range of behavioral health topics. Her skill in moderating virtual workshops for service providers is impressive. I’ve attended her trainings on implicit bias and on trauma informed care, and I highly recommend her as a trainer and presenter.

Our "Be A Thermostat" training and materials help individuals regulate emotions by highlighting the functional difference between a thermometer and a thermostat. Thermometers read and react to temperature changes, while thermostats regulate the temperature in the room. You can change your emotional temperature by changing cognitive processes.
